Students are required to submit to the Registrar's Office a Petition to Change Drop/Withdrawal Date form and attach supporting documentation as to why their withdrawal date must be changed.
After the initial review by the Registrar's Office, the request is forwarded to the Financial Aid office for approval. After processing, petition information is sent to the Student Accounts Office to remove holds and adjust the late and/or collections fees. This has a one-year after the deadline from the term being requested. |

Students are required to submit a Withdrawal Form with the requested supporting documentation to the Office of Graduate & Professional Studies. This request must be made within one year from the requested withdrawal term. The Office of Graduate & Professional Studies Associate Vice Provost consults with the University Graduate Committee Review Subcommittee on each case and makes the final decision for the Office of Graduate & Professional Studies. |
