Students are required to submit to the Registrar’s Office a Withdrawal Form with supporting documentation in order to be withdrawn from ALL classes. This is an all-or-nothing policy with a one-year deadline from the term being requested. After the initial review by the Registrar's Office, the withdrawal form and all supporting documentation are sent to the Enrollment Petition Committee for final decision. |

Retroactive withdrawals (withdrawals after the last day to withdraw from the session) are handled in the Registrar’s Office. Students must submit a withdrawal form and supporting documentation that will be evaluated for completion by the Registrar’s Office Enrollment team, and then the petition form and all supporting documentation are sent to the Enrollment Petition Committee for final decision. After the petition is processed, information will be sent to the Student Accounts Office to adjust any late and/or collections fees.
